Nice and clean. Was amazed that after months of storage my stuff had little to no dust on it.

I love this company. They always check in and make sure I have what I need. I am impressed with their honest work. I have been with them for three years now and will continue using their services. So far so good. The facility is very clean and directions provided were great. And thankfully a map was provided as, with every storage place I have been in, the numbering is nonsensical! To get to my unit I go down a row of 400 numbers, turn the corner to get to the 700s! I did my entire reservation and contract online. My only complaint - I did it on a Sunday...and was charged for that day, but I could not actually get the lock to the unit until Monday as the office is not open on Sunday. There was nowhere this was spelled out on the website until I received emails confirming my unit rental. Interestingly...when I received the email on Monday saying my lock was available, there was a link to a webpage that DID have all that information. SO.....the website needs work to make all needed info available up front. Unloading items was easy - lots of carts and dolly's available. I was there when only 1 other vehicle was. I would be concerned to be there on a busy day as I can see that it would be easy to be "trapped" in by other vehicles. Not sure of how easy it would be to park outside, get a cart and take items in.
